Service Agreement

By requesting service from Locksmith & Security, you agree that our technicians may access your property for the purpose of performing the requested locksmith service. All work is performed by licensed New York State locksmiths.

Payment

All prices are quoted before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and business checks for commercial accounts. Prices include labor; hardware costs are additional unless otherwise specified.

Warranty

Locksmith & Security provides a 90-day labor warranty on all installations. Hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer. To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with your service receipt.

Identification Requirement

For lockout services at residential addresses, we require proof of residency (utility bill, lease, or government-issued ID matching the service address) before performing entry. This policy protects all residents.

Limitation of Liability

Locksmith & Security is not liable for pre-existing damage to doors, frames, or locks. Our non-destructive entry guarantee applies to standard residential locks in working condition. We will document any pre-existing damage before beginning work.
